About the Job
You will work with a small team focusing on our leading cost estimation application, Sigma, used by more than 10.000 end users. The team is highly professional and experienced, works scrum based, and with many technologies.
Sigma is the most used solution for construction companies when estimating costs of new buildings. It replaces their Excel based solutions, with a strong and powerful way to break down a building into components, letting them reuse from previous projects without sacrificing quality. In the current development, we are building strong features to estimate a building's constructions impacts on our environment, in terms of CO2-equivalent global warming potential – and therefore Sigma will also be a key tool in the future.

Among other things, these are key areas you will be working on:
- Write and maintain high quality desktop applications and plugins for the Windows platform
- Build tests and integration tooling
- Collaborate on technical designs to meet product team and end user needs
- Research and propose solutions to problems across a broad range of topics, such as UI, client-server communication, performance optimization, compatibility and more
- Work closely with team members and maintain a strong professional relationship based on communication, respect, and trust

About You
We hope you can recognize many of the following:
- Experienced developer, with good knowledge about Windows API and desktop application development
- Experienced in some or most of the following technologies: C#, .net, Delphi, PowerShell, VB, Jira, Jenkins, SQL
- Familiar with REST APIs and JSON
- Familiar with test strategies (black box, white box, unit test, system test, etc.)
- Modernizing, refactoring, and rearchitecting of software
- Agile software development and project management.
- DevOps including CI/CD.
- Proactive in nature – like to take decisions
- Knowledge about construction? Not a requirement but might make it even more fun to work with our applications.
