EPOS is an audio solutions communication company that designs, develops and sells high-end communication devices and SW for enterprise businesses. Join our High-Level Software team, where you will develop cross-platform solutions for device communication across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile (iOS and Android), and Web. Our projects are typically led by our headquarters in Denmark, where we conceptualize and develop in collaboration with our global partners. At EPOS we have a very flat organization and a lot of technical skills in-house (HW, ME, SW, AE, PJM, supply chain).

We are seeking a newly graduated candidate with software development experience to join our small but highly skilled software team. You will contribute significantly to the software development lifecycle, hence offering you the opportunity to enhance your skills as a technical expert and collaborate as a team member in a multicultural environment.
The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark, where the core development team is located. This role involves collaboration with our partner team members in India to ensure a seamless development flow.

The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark, where the core development team is located. This role involves collaboration with our partner team members in India to ensure a seamless development flow.
As a Software Engineer your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop device I/O SDKs on different platforms using C++
- Develop towards different protocols (USB HID, Bluetooth, Audio etc.)
- Develop cross-platform applications in Flutter (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
- Develop solutions with a quality-driven mindset
For this interesting job opportunity, the ideal skills you bring should include:
Technical skills
- Knowledge of Software development principles, data structures, patterns, and algorithms
- Experience in C/C++ programming
- Understanding I/O principles
Soft skills
- Team player motivated by working in an Agile team
- Equipped to deal with complex software-related issues and handle new technologies
- Problem solving through clever and creative thinking
- English fluency
Nice to have
- Interest in modern C++ programming (C++ 20/23)
- Automation: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and DevOps mindset
- Script programming (Python, bash, Groovy Jenkins, etc.)
Education
- Master/bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
