Right now, we are increasing our focus on all things digital, and you join 10 colleagues in the Design & UI team to deliver a world-class user experience.
“You collaborate closely with business developers and product managers to define, develop and validate user experiences. Using your outgoing personality, this is a role where you get an impressive network and travel 10-20 days a year,” says Dripta Roy, Head of Design & UI
What do you need to apply?
You have a Master degree or similar in experience within the area of user interface and user experience, which has given you a well-equipped tool box within the Adobe creative suite and similar tools. You have about 3+ years of experience from a similar position
You have a true graphic talent and an interest in digital product development as well as iterative work methods. Finally, you communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
”Yes, your skills are important, but you can only really succeed, if you are communicative and want to interact with end-users, customers and colleagues alike. Your ideas and thinking start with the end-users’ needs and wants,” Dripta finishes.

- Conduct user and usability tests on solutions with digital user interfaces and use this data to improve and validate new and existing solutions
- Facilitate use case creation, gathering product, system and application knowledge to develop a targeted user experience
- Develop concepts for user interfaces, including test and validation of wireframes and prototypes
- Coordinate, review and deliver wireframes and graphics for internal and external software development
- Use user insights to give feedback to business development
