The journey towards Intelligent cleaning
At Nilfisk, we wish to drive industry innovation by fundamentally changing the way we clean. A key theme here is to collect, consolidate, and make data available, so that cleaning can be performed "intelligently". To enable this, Nilfisk Group have an elaborate strategy (Nilfisk Next) where data plays an absolute key role.
Group IT is aligning to Nilfisk Next and has recently defined a new operating model where all Group IT data centric competencies have been centralized in the department “Data Foundation”. Data Foundation department has the mission to create the optimal foundation for how we leverage data in Nilfisk to be able to be consumed for reporting or advanced analytics with data from ERP, IoT or elsewhere.
As the Scrum Master you will facilitate the progress of the agile teams, and at the same time take ownership of safeguarding the deliveries.
A successful candidate will have the expertise and skills described below.

You will be based at Nilfisk’s global headquarters in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen. Some travel must be expected. You can look forward to work in an informal, positive and international environment with room for having a good time together while creating best-in-class results.

Key requirements
A successful candidate will have the expertise and skills described below.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager working with data and BI activities in an enterprise context.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Scrum Master working with data and BI.
- Proven track record in delivering on time, scope and budget.
- Proven track record in managing different stakeholders and vendors (onshore/offshore/nearshore) as part of a project.
- Experience with change management and implementing and roll-out BI systems with global setup.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Project Manager
- Trained in organizational change management
- Excellent communication skills in English. You understand how to tailor your communication to your audience
- Excellent collaboration skills. You can establish a one team one agenda both within the project team and with the project stakeholders
Interpersonal Skills and Characteristics
- Strong experience in managing and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
- Highly proactive and collaborative. An ideal candidate would be expected to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements, develop solutions and implement these in a safe manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to navigate successfully in the organization with many stakeholders. The ability to motivate and lead the team in its day-to-day activities must come natural to the candidate
- You have good judgment, a sense of urgency and have demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
