As Solution Architect in our Costumers Success Department you will be able to utilize your knowhow within delivery of professional solutions by QualiWare.
Tasks
- You will typically participate in working with installations, upgrade, configuration, and support of the QualiWare products, and hereby ensure the succeeding of the costumer.
- You will be involved, when costumers present new wishes for the QualiWare products, and you will, with your technical knowledge, be a big part of the team that participate in the costumer’s journey to success.
- Your work tasks will – as the most important – be to create transparency in the deliverances as well as ensure that the costumer will experience QualiWare as a professional supplier.
Qualifications
- You have great knowledge about complex infrastructure and know how to install and configurate the overall solution that matches the costumers needs.
- You have great knowledge about the infrastructure of Microsoft technologies, for example Azure, and can install and configurate an overall solution.
- You have experience with solution architecture within web solutions based on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and are experienced with C# and SQL.
- You have a relevant education (Computer Science, IT-engineer, or similar).
- You have 5 years of experience with IT solution architecture (Architecture and Solutions)
- You know the common computer models – including EA framework tools and compliance requirements.
- You have business knowledge.
- You are fluent in Danish and English.
