Global IT is launching a new initiative to create a Hybrid Cloud platform. It will provide the necessary IT capabilities within infrastructure and set up the infrastructure for containerisation. And you will be a big part of the digital transformation of DSV Panalpina A/S.

By joining Global IT, you will become part of a strong global community of more than 1200 highly skilled IT professionals who are responsible for IT systems, services, processes and IT operations.
Within Global IT Operations, you will be based in the Cloud team – a team of highly skilled cloud architects and evangelists who possess a solid business understanding and are at the forefront of the development of cloud platforms and technologies. Anything cloud, our DSV colleagues come to us.

You will be the go-to cloud specialist
Your role will be to guide and support all of DSV Panalpina developers and projects within cloud solutions. These colleagues work on the operation side of DSV Panalpina, and based on their needs, you will help them integrate cloud solutions into their work.
Another important part of your job will be to take part in developing the foundational IT capabilities required for DSV Panalpina to operate in a multi cloud environment. By containerising our infrastructure, we can optimise our operations on several levels.
“It takes a great deal of business understanding to know exactly how to support your colleagues with the right cloud solutions. You will get to build and maintain a network of colleagues from around the world,” says Rune.

- You most likely hold an IT degree combined with a certification within cloud, Azure or Google
- You have a few years of experience with Azure/GCP disciplines
- You are able to do cloud scripting (Powershell, Terraform, etc.)
- It is a plus if you have some experience with clusterisation, open stack and/or Kubernetes
- Almost all our work is international, so you will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
