Do you want to forward your career while you make your mark on the future infrastructure in DSV Panalpina A/S? Right now, we are looking for both skilled Hybrid System Engineers and Product Owners as well as IT graduates to join our Hybrid Cloud journey enabling the digital transformation of our company.
Global IT has launched an initiative to create a Hybrid Cloud platform to provide the necessary IT capabilities within our infrastructure to enable for containerization. It is perfect timing to join as we are now defining the infrastructure of the future. We look for new colleagues with the right skillset and mindset for all teams across our infrastructure i.e., network, databases, cloud etc.
Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the Hybrid environment together with the rest of Global IT. You will be part of developing the foundational IT capabilities required for DSV Panalpina to operate in an Open-source and Multi-cloud environment. We are currently building our new setup based on Agile and are applying DevOps methodologies and toolchains in our future infrastructure.
Your workplace could be in our modern headquarters located in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen, or in one of our greater branch offices in Warsaw or Manilla.

You will be part of IT Operations & Services in Global IT. We maintain the entire global IT infrastructure in DSV Panalpina, and we work with everything from data centres, network and storage to our Office 365 solution and local support in the countries. Here, you will join our technical force of more than 1,000 highly skilled people located all around the world supporting the organization with crucial IT infrastructure.
By joining Global IT, you will become part of a strong global community of more than 1,500 highly skilled IT professionals, who are responsible for IT systems, services, processes, and IT operations. We have an informal way of communicating and a dynamic and flexible working environment. Your background
We are hiring candidates with different levels of experience. You might have a background as DevOps Engineer, System developer, Open-source specialist, Scrum master or Product Owner. Alternatively, you recently graduated with a master’s degree in IT combined with experience from a student job in an IT organisation.
Most important is your interest in new technologies and your agile mindset so that you can lead the way and onboard your team members to the Agile way of working
You will need excellent English skills in both speech and writing.

- Kubernetes (We use Charmed Kubernetes)
- Open-source technologies
- Kafka, Ceph, Postgres, Elastic, Jenkins, Confluent, Agile development
- Knowledge of Cluster setup and orchestration
- Experience with Containerization and Infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Understanding of CI/CD DevOps tools and technologies
- Private & Public Cloud / Hybrid disciplines
