Your new department connects DSV
11 colleagues (and more to come) are ready to welcome you into Identity and Access Management & Active Directory (IAM & AD) team.
You will be based in Hedehusene, Denmark, but IAM & AD lies at the heart of DSV`s global growth journey in daily operations. With our Mergers and Acquisition strategy, your team delivers automation and self-service of our identity and access service for all of DSV`s 75,000 employees across the globe.
As a member of this team, you will be working with colleagues across multiple time zones to deliver strong, insightful leadership and skilful relationship management to deliver on the vision of seamlessly integrating a fast-growing workforce.
Shaping the agile future of the company
We admit it. We are a little bit green when it comes to working agile. That means that the potential to put your own footprint on the way we work is huge. Because of the strategic focus on the IGA system, you will be cooperating with some of DSV`s most senior management.

Your day-to-day tasks consist primarily of facilitating our agile ceremonies, such as the following:
• Backlog refinement
• Sprint planning
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint reviews
• Retrospectives
• Product delivery
Furthermore, you will have some experience as an agile coach and work towards improving the capabilities of the team and optimising performance. In addition, you have a well-rounded stakeholder management mindset.
A unifying role
You will communicate with many different stakeholders and navigate in an environment of competing priorities and interests. That means you will need to be organised, have an acute attention to details, be experienced with a multi-cultural working environment and make sure that written documentation is on point. Your patience and your diplomacy skills will help you succeed in this area of the job.
As our Scrum Master, you will be seen as an expert. So, it is expected that you already have several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
