Do you want to design the way we work with modern IT service management on a global scale? Can you orchestrate our transition from legacy processes into integrated value streams enabling seamless services towards both business and IT consumers?
“This is a very ambitious modernisation of ways of working in Global IT. After years of organisational growth, we have grown out of our service platform, and the transition project ahead aims to integrate classical ITSM processes with Agile and DevOps methodologies,” says Senior Director, IT Process Excellence & Governance Ann Christensen.
Orchestrating ITSM processes
Joining the Process Excellence team based in Hedehusene, you will gain 4 new colleagues, including 3 process architects like yourself and a lead technical architect. You will be working as a team to perform thorough analyses and implement service management on a grand scale.
Because of the massive growth of DSV, we have grown out of our ways of working, and the demand for more lean processes and standardised processes have increased. Therefore, we have embarked on a journey to rethink our service management platforms (ITSM/EXM) and processes, including configuration management, standard ITSM process and process with interfaces to the Agile and DevOps methodology.
Design the methodologies of our future
Taking on the responsibility for one or more value streams within our global implementation projects, you will analyse and implement global IT processes based on best practices and industry standards.
You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders within our global organisation and your own department. In short, you rethink our processes and redesign them with customer centricity and data quality as a guiding star.
Becoming an ambassador for this change, you will engage our business through various channels, advocating the global and lean framework that you and your team work towards.

- Crunch data and drive a fact-based dialogue towards senior management
- Design and visualise processes to ensure transparency and sponsorship
- Take charge of workshops and management presentations
Excellent stakeholder management skills for a complex organisation
Your ability to really listen enables you to fully understand and analyse areas of improvement. In addition, you are a skilled communicator, which allows you to optimise the way you interact with different kinds of stakeholders and helps you to adapt the way you implement change within our global organisation.

Furthermore, you bring:
- A master’s degree within engineering, computer science or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in working with large-scale transition projects in a complex organisation
- Extensive knowledge on market-leading service management platforms and related technologies
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile and similar methodologies
- Strong visualisation skills and knowledge of visualisation tools
