Are you ready to drive IT and digitisation across DSV? Do you get motivated by finding solutions to complex IT / Business challenges and driving their implementation?
DSV Business Applications is building up a team called Strategy and Special Projects, and Tiger Teams. We are therefore looking for a Tiger Team Tech Lead to drive IT transformation initiatives across DSV.

Your main task will be to lead, mentor and manage a Tiger Team to implement MVPs, POCs or kick start the development of new digital solutions. This includes:
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related software engineering, as well as experience leading a development team; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience. Related experience in the logistics solutions industry is highly desirable.

Your main task will be to lead, mentor and manage a Tiger Team to implement MVPs, POCs or kick start the development of new digital solutions. This includes:
- Translating solution architecture designs and requirements into technical implementation specification
- Providing implementation effort estimations
- Ensuring delivery quality
- Being responsible for the hiring function for the tiger team and providing your recommendation on staff to leadership.
- Communication on team progress and technical coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders outside the tiger team
- Being a mentor and coach, fostering ownership, guiding personal growth, and constantly striving to raise the bar on delivery performance and quality.
- Collaborating with project management to ensure that deliverables are fully aligned with project objectives
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related software engineering, as well as experience leading a development team; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience. Related experience in the logistics solutions industry is highly desirable.
Your Competencies
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to be a proactive team player, as well as the ability to effectively influence technical teams.
- Ability to act accordingly under pressure, along with the ability to effectively manage crisis situations.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity in inventing new ways of approaching problems and developing innovated applications.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in delivering to a strategic agenda.
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply best standards practices in software development and enterprise application architecture methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes
