As our Enterprise Architect, you will have a key role in shaping the DSV IT infrastructure of tomorrow, making it robust, secure and scalable to handle the challenges of an increasingly complex global setup – all while making sure we can still operate our current IT landscape. To succeed, you have to think beyond technical solutions and work holistically to ensure value in a sustainable way.

To keep up and keep ahead our Domain Architecture team – a part of Enterprise Architecture – has been tasked with paving the way for future operation models and digital evolutions, ensuring coherency across our architecture and value stream.
We do so by deep-diving into problems in the spectrum between technology and business and by advising key decision-makers and those who build the solutions.

Help shape modern data centres, security and network concepts

Help shape modern data centres, security and network concepts
We’ve already started our journey towards a global hybrid cloud infrastructure, but there is still a lot of questions left to answer – and solutions to be found. With IT security, resilience and scalability as the main themes, you:
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of our current setup and extend it into new technical and operational territory
- Pinpoint potential issues and value-adding changes and translate these into concrete strategic and architectural initiatives
- Gather insights and build cases that you present to relevant colleagues and decision-makers
- Take on architectural ownership on relevant projects, ensuring momentum, direction and cohesiveness with our overall strategy
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire change
You also need profound knowledge of the intricate connections between IT and business. Your knowledge should be enough to give you the confidence to assist and inspire change and plans that have an impact on a truly global organisation.

You also have:
- 5+ years of experience as an enterprise architect within infrastructure technology and concepts – or – previous positions as a solution or infrastructure architect
- A degree in computer science or similar, and/or significant hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or system reliability engineering (SRE) – making you comfortable with detailed discussions regarding network, storage, hypervisors, cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent communication and people skills, and you are fluent in English – you can expect daily communication of complex concepts in English
- The ability to travel a couple of times per year to partake in projects across the world
