Expanding its R&D operations in Gdansk, Stibo Systems is looking for experienced Quality Assurance engineers with strong test automation skills to develop and enhance its best-in-class enterprise software.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you are responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for our flagship MDM solutions with adherence to both internal and external standards. As a member of the R&D QA division, you will develop quality standards and test strategy to be utilized during analyzing, developing & testing to assess product quality. You will ensure that each project is developed & released meeting customer expectations and adhering to our quality management system. You will work in small, cross-functional teams collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers & QA engineers across the global R&D sections.

You will ensure that each project is developed & released meeting customer expectations and adhering to our quality management system. You will work in small, cross-functional teams collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers & QA engineers across the global R&D sections.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage, organize and execute comprehensive QA test plans and strategy
- Work with product managers and developers to understand user stories and functional requirements and develop test cases.
- Develop and execute manual and automated regression, integration, and performance test scripts based on user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Be an advocate of quality in every phase of the development process ensuring the highest quality product is delivered.
- Find, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.

Your competencies
You have a flexible and proactive attitude, you want to get things done, and you can communicate in a constructive manner offering your knowledge to your colleagues in the team. You are excited to contribute to increasing release confidence with comprehensive testing and highly effective communication
Moreover, you have:
- Experience in testing enterprise applications.
- Experience building automation processes using automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress etc.)
- Experience in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript etc.).
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Great communications skills, both written and verbal; the ability to explain and present details to both technical and business audiences
- Agile mindset and experience with Agile development (SCRUM/SAFe).
- Experience with any test case tracking systems.
- Good practical understanding of APIs
- Experience with MDM is a definite advantage, as is experience with Pragmatic Marketing
