Join the Global Information Security team
In this role, you will join a team of dedicated colleagues within Global IT. We ensure ISO 27001 compliance, assess complex risk and security issues, identify opportunities for improvement and plan and implement global processes.
In a world of digital transformation, information security is an essential part of our business foundation. To achieve our objectives, we engage with colleagues across the organisation to establish awareness, local anchoring and ownership as well as compliance through audits.

Maintain and develop our processes
You will have a truly global role and engage with an array of colleagues across countries and cultures. We are expanding our Information Security Management system (ISMS) to include business units in Europe and Asia, and you will be a part of this process.
As our new information security risk analyst, you will have every opportunity to influence the way we work, helping to define and optimise our processes and services and identifying areas for development.

ISO 27001 understanding and stakeholder management skills
As a person, you are highly organised, take ownership of your tasks and are committed to see the job through. Your interpersonal skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, advising them on the best cause of action and standing firm when necessary.

As our new information security risk analyst, you will have every opportunity to influence the way we work, helping to define and optimise our processes and services and identifying areas for development.
Moreover, your tasks will include:
- Ensuring ISO 27001 compliance, including driving the ISMS framework, conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits
- Risk management, communication, assessment, treatment plans and reporting
- Driving information security operations, including security assessments and investigations, initiating and defining awareness and training programmes for colleagues, supporting the definition of policies, processes and SOPs
- Project support, including vendor assessments, IT assessments and supplier assessments
- Supporting disaster recovery and service continuity processes
ISO 27001 understanding and stakeholder management skills
As a person, you are highly organised, take ownership of your tasks and are committed to see the job through. Your interpersonal skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, advising them on the best cause of action and standing firm when necessary.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree, for instance an MSc in security risk management or information security, or you may hold a CISM or a similar certification
- Have an understanding of information security management systems and the associated ISO 27001 standard
- Have at least a few years’ experience working in a large organisation, preferably an international one
- May have worked with tasks related to information security and risk management – this could also be as an intern or student assistant
- May be certified in ISO 27001 as a lead implementer or lead auditor with practical audit experience
