In Humlebæk, you will join Global IT as part of our Project & Portfolio Project team which consists of highly skilled project and test managers.
Working with us, you will have plenty of opportunity to create value – among others, you will work closely with one of our senior test managers who is specialised in risk assessment, test automation, continuous delivery and the agile approach.
Participate in projects and ensure optimal processes
As you participate in a wide range of IT projects, driving all test and compliance related processes internally and externally with vendors, you will function as both test manager, coordinator and advisor. To succeed in this role, you will need curiosity and a passion for new technologies and testing.
It’s important you can voice your ideas and navigate in an environment where years of habits and set processes are being replaced by new, agile development initiatives. Striking the right compromises and getting stakeholders on board in that transition phase will take solid communication skills.

Participate in projects and ensure optimal processes

More specifically, you will collaborate closely with the project managers and stakeholders across the business as you:
- Analyse, plan, coordinate, execute and document test processes and results
- Facilitates test risks analysis workshops
- Provides test training and test management tool introduction
- Contribute to knowledge sharing as well as educating and training project participants in test methodology, test processes and test tools
- Support roll out of the new IT test strategy
- Work with suppliers to ensure that our testing framework, processes and documentation requirements are applied.
An IT background and testing experience

- You have a BSc/MSc education, preferably in IT.
- You bring good knowledge of testing as well as building and implementing test processes – experience with testing in agile setups is a great advantage.
- You are familiar with test and compliance requirements
- It is a plus if you are an ISTQB® Certified Tester or hold a Test Manager certificate
- Ideally, you have a technical SW foundation and an understanding of various test management tools in the market, especially Jira.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- Experience in facilitating training and workshops.
- Strong communications skills.
