Welcome to Global IT Support & Client
As part of Global IT Support & Client, you will join a team of dedicated colleagues at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, and get a big team of first-level support colleagues in Poland. Together, we manage our global IT set-up providing daily support to IT users across Coloplast on issues related to printing, computers, smartphones, MS Office, etc. As part of a large multinational company, we set high demands for IT quality and work by the ITIL framework.
“You will be at the centre of where we set the standards and develop the procedures for all hardware and software used across Coloplast globally. Therefore, our guidelines are well-documented, and our workflows just work – making it easy for you to step into the role and make an impact from day one,” says Head of Global Support & Client Laila Schuler.
Provide world-class IT support, training and management
You divide your time between the office where you get to emerge yourself in the more complex IT support tasks and our IT Pit Stop where colleagues from across HQ can stop by to get hands-on assistance with IT-related issues. In the team, you divide the tasks between you, allowing you to take on the support tasks that best match your competencies and interests. Your tasks will be to:

- Provide high-quality and timely first-, second- and third-line support on IT hardware and software across production and office environments
- Document procedures and outcomes on support requests
- Guide and advice team members from Poland in support requests and guidelines
- Manage purchase, stock count and set up of new IT equipment

Technically strong IT supporter with a global mindset
- You have completed a recognised IT support education
- You have practical experience as an IT supporter, preferably providing global support as part of a large multinational company
- You have a high level of technical expertise and can find solutions with global reach on complex issues
- You communicate effortlessly in English and, preferably, Danish as well – any other language skills would be a plus
- It is a plus if you are strong in the MS Office Suite, have experience with both PC and Mac computers and know the ITIL framework
