The Challenge
You will be joining a vibrant and collaborative company where great ideas are valued and implemented regardless of seniority or area of specialization. You will be working as part of a dedicated Customer Success team, helping the most important people, our customers.
At Cobiro we are leading the way in bringing the next generation of online advertising. We are growing more and more as a company and therefore we are looking to expand even more into the Spanish-speaking markets.
You will be responsible for handling inbound queries via chat and email providing a quick and effective response to issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be proactively helping our customers succeed in their online marketing and business via the Cobiro product.
The Tech
Our Tools: Our own Cobiro platform, Zendesk and our CRM, CAS
What you bring: Native-level Spanish skills (both speaking and writing), excellent customer service and the drive to go the extra mile for our customers, experience with using CRM systems and ticketing systems to log issues.
Bonus points if you have: Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook or Google Analytics. We also value good communication skills and a positive attitude.
