We have embarked on the journey to transform our business to become a truly integrated logistics provider. Our team is therefore growing and we are recruiting a Solution Architect to join our Product and Solution Engineering function to drive the business transformation.
We aspire to be “the trusted partner in designing and delivering solutions meeting company needs”. As a Solution Architect, you will help defining the future architecture state of Maersk and Svitzer working closely with our business stakeholders, development teams, solution and enterprise architects. You are to analyze the company needs and identify relevant solution scenarios taking best industry standards and practice into consideration.
As Solution Architect you will ensure technical realization of IT solutions on the Maersk platforms and its associated integrations; designed and implemented in accordance with organizational guidelines, standards and best practices.
You will work closely with product teams, capability and enterprise architects to ensure overall integrity and scalability of solutions.
Scope is both off the shelf application configuration and implementation, as well as system integration using technologies approved by enterprise architecture team.

• Acting as focal point and subject matter expert for applications in the Corporate financial management (non-SAP) Capability
• Responsible for translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural model that outlines the most appropriate software design to achieve critical business objectives.
• Working with enterprise architecture, solution architecture as well as application and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual design
• Providing timely design decisioning and recommendations based on IT and Business strategy. Demonstrates consideration of wide range perspective with focus on architecture decisions and focus on business objectives and IT NFRs
• Developing enterprise level application and integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features
• Working and designing with a DevOps mindset to further the continuous integration and deployment evolution
• Researching and applying knowledge of emerging technologies and possible application to the business
• Acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent
• Demonstrates business acumen including knowledge of current sector, competition and business strategies and tactics
• At least 4 - 5 years ERP Microsoft Dynamic 365 experience
• Application Design and Architecture
• API + event centric and abstract service design
• Communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
• Cloud technologies, microservice design, cloud native apps desired but not essential
• Architecture modelling experience, ArchiMate desired but is not essential as training will be provided

• Experience supporting global ERP system MS 365 Dynamic implementations / upgrades
