Omnigame is a team of dedicated and talented people. We are a rapidly growing company, consisting of +60 ‘Omnigamers’. Our cozy main office is located in the center of Copenhagen, but the amazing crew is spread over multiple locations like Canada, Poland, Aarhus, Funen or wherever Wi-fi is available.
We develop our own unique slot machine games and operate the online casino PIP.DK. One of the keys to our success is that we create and design everything ourselves. Currently our main market is Denmark, but our strategy is to geo expand.
Employee satisfaction is valued very highly, and 90% of our employees would recommend their network to join the team.
The position
As we are growing at a rapid pace, we need yet another frontend developer. Your job will be working closely with our frontend developer migrating our site into React/Next.js. As we wish to expand into more countries, we also want to be more test and data driven in our UX. So, you will be helping to design, creating and maintaining reusable components as the main tasks.
Stack
Our stack is fairly simple with Java and Grails as the backend, supplying data via our API to the frontend running Next.js. We are currently rewriting our entire application into smaller chunks as it will make scaling and deploying easier in the future.
Your technical profile and background
In this position we expect you to be an experienced frontend developer with a good understanding of backend related activities. Preferably you have a flair for design and UX.
We would like you to have skills in:
● JavaScript
● React
● Next.js
● UI/UX
….and maybe some of these:
● Java
● Grails
● Docker
● API Design
● CI/Jenkins

Your daily workplace will be connected to Omnigame’s central location in Copenhagen K.
