Are you our new Azure Solution Architect?
As our Azure Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in steering Maersk Training's digital shift. Key responsibilities
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions for our digital training platforms using Azure's cloud technologies.
• Translate intricate business requirements from various industrial training sectors into comprehensive technological solutions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to design systems that enhance the learning experience, accessibility, and data-driven personalization.
• Foster innovation in training methods and materials through AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies available on the Azure platform.
• Evaluate and implement cost strategies, ensuring high value returns on technological investments.
• Lead the integration of cybersecurity practices into every phase of the development lifecycle, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital learning and cloud technologies, ensuring Maersk Training sets the benchmark for industry standards.
• Share knowledge and insights across teams, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
We are looking for
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Azure Solution Architect Expert.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure cloud solutions.
• Profound knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the e-learning or training industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.
• Proficiency with Azure AI, machine learning services, and their application in digital education scenarios.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, interoperability, and scalability in a cloud environment.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate the business value of complex technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects to completion.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Solid background in software development with demonstrable experience in using programming languages such as Java, C#, or others relevant to Azure cloud-based applications.
