Are you a frontend wizard who loves leading a team towards innovative solutions? Do you get excited about coding with Vue and React, and have a solid grasp of ECMAScript or JavaScript? Then look no further! Hobbii is looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to take charge of our frontend development and help us build world-class web applications! 🧑💻
As our Lead Frontend Developer, you'll be leading the charge on our frontend development efforts. You'll be responsible for making key decisions and implementing solutions based on industry-best practices. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide the frontend developers on our team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive experience with Vue and/or React, as well as a solid understanding of ECMAScript or JavaScript. You'll also need to have experience with Webpack or Vite.
But it's not just about your technical skills - we also need someone who has experience leading frontend developers. As the Lead Frontend Developer, you'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to help them reach their full potential.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Captaining the Frontend development, being responsible for the Frontend architecture and delivering high-quality code standards
- Lead a small team of talented Frontend developers, guiding and mentoring the team to ensure best-practices and industry-best standards
- A seat at the table in terms of our tech stack decision process
- Communicating with different stakeholders+ track and present progress
- Unify processes and make decisions that will impact company-wide
We imagine you are/have:
- Multiple years of experience in Vue and/or React
- Fundamental knowledge of ECMAScript/JavaScript
- Experience within Webpack or Vite
- Experience leading frontend developers
- A structured and data-driven approach
- Opinionated when it comes to the coding and architectural process
Although not a must, we'd also love it if you:
- Have tailwind CSS, React Native or Docker experience
- Experience with building communities
