The Position
Casefair is looking for an experienced full-stack developer and future CTO to join our fast-growing company. You’re an entrepreneurial person who is self-driven, creative, and ambitious. You can see the long-game and you’re excited by the prospect of helping to turn a fledgling team into a world-class development organization.
To thrive in this exciting new position, you should have a solid track record building scalable enterprise software (including APIs) and strong insight into modern web and cloud technologies and architecture.
Proficient in English, you have the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and commercial stakeholders. As a team-mate, you’re easy to work with, a good listener and open to other people’s ideas and personal feedback. Calm under stress, you have a rational approach to solving problems.
Casefair uses a variety of technologies. Our frontend is based on React.js with a strong utilization of Hooks and ES6 and the backend is based on AWS services. Our release and test strategy relies heavily on CI/CD from CircleCI along with Jest and other tools.
