Your responsibilities as an engineer
In your role as an electrical building services engineer in the Rambøll Buildings Global High Rise Spearhead, your main focus will be on technical design, local and international collaboration, onsite supervision and quality assurance of design and installations. You can expect to be fully involved in projects across the Nordics and Europe, in sectors such as commercial, leisure and residential developments.
You will be expected to be an integral part of our skilled team of professional building services engineers, where collaboration is not only encouraged but essential to ensure success and continuous professional development.

You are a professionally qualified electrical building services engineer with excellent communication skills. You are confident, outgoing, cooperative and have a positive, problem solving and innovative approach to your profession.
You are committed to advancing your career, with an understanding of the various roles expected of an engineering consultant. In all professional situations, you will actively develop your skills and those of your colleagues to ensure your engineering knowledge is at the forefront of technological advancements and seek opportunities to employ such knowledge in a way which positively impacts your projects.

In the High Rise Spearhead, we are responsible for all Ramboll projects greater than 70m tall and have extensive global experience in project delivery from the initial concept phase to final completion and handover.
For this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role within our Global building services team, based in Rambøll's headquarters in Ørestaden.
Examples of previous building services projects for which we have been responsible include Damac Heights (UAE), Bangkok Tower (Thailand), Jakarta Four Seasons (Indonesia), Shining Towers (UAE), City Life (Italy), U-Bora Tower (UAE), Tate Modern (UK), Ferrari World (UAE) and Bella Sky (Denmark).
We operate in an environment with a focus on the Rambøll values, with a holistic view of our people and a management philosophy that focuses on employee satisfaction and a real focus on work life balance.

In summary, you will be expected to have the following competencies:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with design and follow-up / supervision of electrical tasks.
- Experienced in developing electrical solutions typically applied to tall buildings (HV/LV infrastructure, resilient systems, power distribution systems, ELV installations, lightning protection systems, general and emergency lighting, fire & life safety systems, etc.)
- Revit modelling capability
- Ability to develop practical solutions which contribute to the project vision
- Comfortable representing the company by attending meetings and visiting construction sites.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about solving tasks.
- Ability to drive collaboration across construction disciplines, both within Ramboll and externally.
- Enthusiasm to develop experience in the use of digital tools, with a desire to digitalize engineering and calculation processes through script development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral in Danish and English
