You will join our Global IT Infrastructure and Operation department
As our new Infrastructure and Operation architect, you will play a global strategic role in implementing new infrastructure services, you will be a collaborating within the Global IT organization and directly with the Ramboll Business Units. You will be part of a global team working out of the Nordic countries, UK, Germany, USA and India. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Advise on IT strategy, roadmaps and projects
- Plan and design IT infrastructure services
- Support us staying relevant by regularly evaluating existing and upcoming solutions
- Work closely with our IT security and Enterprise architecture to ensure compliance and alignment
- Collaborate with Ramboll’s other teams closely, advising on infrastructure architecture
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- In-depth IT architecture knowledge and 3+ years of experience as IT Infrastructure Architect in a global organisation
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry in general
- Technical expertise in cloud and on-prem computing, storage and networking architecture
- Good understanding of various cloud services and solutions - SaaS, IaaS, PaaS along with all cloud models (public, private, hybrid, multi)
- Understanding of IAM, cyber security and ITIL
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- The ability to build relationships and trust, so your business colleagues see you as their partner, focusing on creating value for the business
- The ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives
- Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach to solving problems, but also able to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
