You will join our Core Infrastructure department
As our new Senior Office 365 Administrator you will be working in a global IT organization with colleagues across the world where you will join our team managing the Office 365 platform for 16000+ users. We have been using Office 365 for years and are on a journey to mature and streamline our usage, operations and governance of the platform. This gives you a unique opportunity to use your experience, expertise and knowledge to put your stamp on how we use and govern Office 365 in Ramboll, and how our roadmap for it should be. You will be expected to keep yourself fully up to date on the “latest and greatest” and by that be an advisor to IT-management on how to react on upcoming changes, new features or even new apps.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Office 365, with main focus on the SharePoint powered apps (OneDrive, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint itself
- Be the “go to person” in the company to hear about the latest, features and apps in Office 365
- Be a key contributor to the Office 365 roadmaps
- Day-to-day operations of SharePoint 2013 on-premises farm, and migration of this to SharePoint online
- 3rd and 4th line tickets regarding the above
Your starting point for constant growth

- Minimum 3-years’ experience working with Office 365
- Minimum 3-years’ experience working with SharePoint online
- Minimum 3-years’ experience working with Azure
- Experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2016 or 2019
- Strong Active Directory and Azure Active directory understanding and skills
- Experience with Office 365 migrations and SharePoint migrations
Preferred certifications, but not a hard requirement:
- Azure administrator (AZ-100, AZ-101, AZ-102, AZ-103 or the like)
- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100)
- Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (MS-101)
- MCSE in SharePoint
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
- You are passionate about Office 365, you enjoy keeping yourself fully up to date on it and enjoy sharing your wealth of knowledge about it with both your peers as well as higher management
- You are structured and self-driven, are able to identify things to be fixed or improvements that needs to be made. And are able to explain this in layman terms to the decision makers
- You are proficient in both spoken and written English and comfortable with collaborating virtually with colleagues from all parts of the world
