The Digital Engagement Value Stream is looking for a Solution Architect to handle deliveries and assist in continuously improving processes and technology within the domain of digital engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Building, integrating and enhancing solutions to help the company achieve its goals.
- Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation
- Define clear goals for all aspects of initiatives and manage their proper execution.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, and scope.
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
- Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes.
- Continually research current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
Your profile
As a person you have a relevant technical education and you have experience as a Solution Architect or a Technical Lead with years of experience of taking requirements and turning them into solutions. You know and enjoy working with people across all domains and levels of an organization in order to ensure the best possible outcome. You are ambitious but understand how to create a good balance between tactical and strategic solutions. You thrive working in an agile environment that constantly tries to improve how we can deliver more value to our clients more effectively.
Your technical background:
- Experience in working with Digital Engagement Platforms, in larger setups including customizations, preferably Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience working with Database and Streaming Technologies like: MS Sql Server, Mongo, Kafka etc.
- Experience high level programming languages like C#, Python, Java.
- Understanding of direct marketing vernacular (e.g. modelling, segmentation, test design, control groups)
- Understanding of how to comply with data security such and apply Privacy by Design.
- System integration experience: Web Services and preferably Microservice Architecture
- Networking and infrastructure services knowledge (DNS, SMTP , NLB, firewalls, etc.)
- Ability to analyse and evaluate performance metrics and tune systems accordingly.
- Ability to create system designs for large scale.
Additional desirable qualifications
You also have experience in working with agile software development across IT teams and business stakeholders:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, for example in such products as Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Analytics, etc.
- Adobe Campaign Certification
- Experience with implementing agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with project management activities.
