The Job

As Global Client Acquisition Lead, you will play an instrumental role in building and improving the SaxoExperience, particularly focused on the early stage of the client journey – driving Below The Line initiatives and projects to increase client acquisition.

Amongst others, you will be responsible for


Facilitating all BTL omni-channel campaigns globally related to converting leads to new trading clients, acquiring through referrals and winning back lapsed clients.

This include communication aiding leads/clients to finish applications, fund their account and understand how to get started using Saxo’s trading platforms and services - across all segments globally.

Analysing impact/engagement, evaluate findings and create the business cases around acquisition and win-back campaigns – both automated (continuous) and for ad hoc (one-off).

Identify ideal omni-channel compositions for different campaigns across email, SMS and Saxo’s Platform channels (Welcome Screens, Notifications & Push).

Optimize and implement changes to existing automated campaigns.

Develop and facilitate implementation of new automated campaigns globally.

Develop and facilitate execution of ad hoc campaigns in primary markets, and cascading initiatives to secondary markets.

Facilitate local deployment of campaigns across the various regions and languages in which Saxo operates.

Act as the link between Digital Engagement and primary stakeholders in HQ (Copenhagen), as well as locally.

Project manage the development of new campaigns and optimizations, which includes securing concept, copy, images, landing pages, etc. are being delivered by key internal stakeholders and control the timeline associated.

Meeting KPIs for lead to trading client conversion/client win-backs, conducting campaign reviews and optimizing based on these numbers.

Your Profile


  • You have significant experience with Omni-channel communication within the financial world.
  • You have worked with campaign-based lead-to-client conversion across multiple channels.
  • You have a foundational understanding of the financial markets and the topics that are relevant for clients.
  • You have a good eye for how campaigns should look and feel – across channels.
  • You posses a strong drive and is eager to learn and adapt.
  • You are structured and able to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have a proactive mind-set, competitive nature and a ‘can-do attitude’.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable liaising frequently with colleagues globally.
  • You are a strong team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • If you have Experience from the trading and investment industry, it is highly advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills is a prerequisite.
    • Additional language skills is an advantage.

  • You are located in Copenhagen area, Denmark.

The global sales organisation is responsible for growing trading emissions and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, development of global partnerships.

The sales organisation is split into two main client facing groups: the software as a service business and the direct business.

We aim to be digital first and implement world class digital engagement for all our clients and partners and focus on the human touch for our top clients and partners, ensuring that our teams in local offices spend their time on the most value-adding task with our partners and top direct clients.
