Responsibilities
As a student worker in IT Operations & Infrastructure you will support the Leadership Team as well as driving your own projects. You will play a key role in increasing transparency of what we deliver and how we operate our IT services.
You will therefore have an important role in below tasks:
• Develop and maintain a knowledge management portal for IT Operations &
Infrastructure
• Reporting on operations KPIs by collecting, analyzing and presenting data for our
monthly operations management meetings in order to create insights into our
IT performance
• Support the IT Operations Leadership Team and Process Owners with administrative
and communicative tasks
Preferred skills
If you are studying a Bachelor or Masters degree with a minimum of two years left before graduating, then you could be the person we are looking for.

To be a great candidate for this position we expect that you:
• have an analytical mindset and the ability to work in a structured way when collecting
and presenting information
• are a super user of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerBI (this is an
advantage but not a must, we can offer you the required training, however, you must
be eager to learn)
• have technical flair and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such
as network, servers, operating systems, databases and cloud technologies
• have excellent English skills in writing and orally as our company language is English
• are currently enrolled on a study (either bachelor or master level) with focus on IT
and Data Analytics

• are socially strong – you are outgoing with the ability to connect and create trust
• are a team-player with good collaboration skills
• have drive and you can work independently
We expect you to work approximately 15 hours a week with the majority of the hours within normal Danish work hours (8.00am-5.00pm). However, you will have some flexibility to adjust work hours to fit your study schedule. We also offer the flexibility to reduce work hours eg. in exam periods.
The position is located in Brøndby with the possibility of performing some of the work from your home according to our flexible working policy. Preferably you can work one full day (fixed weekly day) from the office as we value the power of employees being together in the workplace.
A Global Team of highly motivated IT professionals
You will join IT Operations & Infrastructure with a global team of 35 employees, located in Denmark, Spain and Bulgaria, and working closely with colleagues in the US and in Singapore.
IT Operations & Infrastructure is responsible for building, maintaining and operating Milestone’s IT Infrastructure and Digital Workplace solutions. Our purpose is to:
• provide easy access to qualified support for users and business units globally
• ensure that IT Services are available, secure and are fit-for-purpose
