Software Services – where IT meets customer needs
You will join the global Software Services team in Kolding and collaborate closely with our development teams in delivering customer projects. In Software Services, we are responsible for managing all customer requested development, for integration and other initiatives that help customers getting the most out of their investments. Stepping into our office, you will feel the entrepreneurial spirit and the vibrant dynamics of cultural meetings as we make customer wishes come to life across the globe.
Participate in and deliver customer projects
You will be a dedicated engineering resource for custom work, participating in delivering different customer projects. In some projects, you will be responsible for developing specific solutions yourself, while in other projects, you will be the project owner who drives and collaborates with other development teams to deliver.
Essentially, your goal is to develop custom-specific solutions and secure a strong communication with customers, promoting and securing a customer-first approach.
This is a global job, and you will travel 3-4 weeks per year to interact with customers on their needs and wishes for our software solutions. And it is all about maximizing the customer experience.

- Have some years of experience as a developer – perhaps as team lead – and now you want to take the next step towards managing processes and people
- Have experience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Have experience with relational databases
- Have UI/UX knowledge (dashboard/reporting)
- Are fluent in English
