You will become part of IT Infrastructure & Operations with reference to the Group Infrastructure & Operations Manager. In Infrastructure, your work will primarily consist of areas related to servers, networks, virtualisation and cloud services.
You will join a team of 8 skilled colleagues who are constantly working on improving IT services to provide the best IT support for the business when needed. We are a team that must fulfil this task together. We are located at our head offices in Rødovre and Kolding (Denmark) and Gdansk (Poland). For this role we are looking at a candidate working from either Kolding or Gdansk
As part of a profound transformation of Flügger IT, we are in the process of decommissioning legacy systems ensuring continuous focus on the exciting new projects such as a new ERP system, Cloud strategy, a more digital journey and projects. You will be an important player in the Cloud journey and will help design and transition on the hybrid solutions like PAAS and SAAS, now and in the future.
Teamwork comes naturally to you, and you communicate effortlessly with both users, technicians and management, and you are able to navigate in close dialogue with the organisation. You possess deep all-round IT knowledge with experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Microsoft Office 365, cloud computing and Microsoft Azure. Overall, the skillset you bring to the table matches more a generalist than a specialist.
A large degree of business understanding and the ability to work systematically and structured is vital. If you have experience in leading technical IT projects, it will be a great advantage. Also, you master documentation and ITIL processes (preferably with relevant courses/certifications).

• Group Policy and scripting (PowerShell)
You should expect about 10 annual travel days, and in the long run, expect to be included in our 365/24/7 IT guard, which is distributed across 8 colleagues, of which you have 1 week every 8 weeks.
