I am seeking a leader for newly created manager position for our Radar Software Processing department. This new role is a result of our growth and our desire to continuously improve our delivery process while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.
You are an ambitious and passionate leader within the technical domain - maybe with a background as team lead, project manager, or other technical lead role. If so, this is a unique opportunity to take on more responsibilities, grow professionally, and work with people management and operational development.

How to succeed in this position?
You have relevant education, i.e., a degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline. Furthermore, you have some technical lead experience and practical skills within professional software development, e.g., as ScrumMaster, PO, or project manager roles.

- People development of 10 software engineers.
- Delivery responsibility for agile software subprojects.
- Software project manager for a small tracking sustainment project.
- Assist in implement the strategy for Radar and Technology organization.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, e.g., program and product managers.
