DevOps in Web Development Team

Come and join our customer Luxion. We are looking for a skilled DevOps with software developer experience for their web development team.

With KeyShot, They have revolutionized the otherwise complex process from 3D CAD models to realistic product visuals and animations. Customers include many Fortune 100 companies such as Google, Chrysler, Fossil, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Victoria's Secret, HP, Microsoft, Philips, Under Armour, Adidas and many more.
The job
You will contribute to developing their new cloud-based services complementing Luxions 3D rendering software products. You will be part of a cross- functional and self-empowered scrum team and participate in bi-weekly sprint planning as well as long-term planning. Your daily activities will include:
- Participate in designing their new micro-service architecture
- Designing and developing new services
- Building the next generation CI/CD pipelines for building, deploying, and monitoring
- Implement application logging and health checks
As part of a close-knit team, you have great influence and are supported by team members who are happy to help and provide feedback.
Your Profile
You are expected to have an educational background as a computer scientist, it-engineer or equivalent.
Furthermore, you have:
- Software development experience
- Strong experience in DevOps and cloud-based architecture and deployment to AWS or similar
- Understand and can apply security best practices
- Good knowledge of different databases and administration of these
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- Experience with application logging and monitoring Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
As a person you are a team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing knowledge in the team about improving software craftsmanship and deployment. No challenge is too big, and none too small. You have a proactive quality-minded attitude and the ability to work systematic and confident with new challenges. You are also able to coordinate directly with other teams or support.
The primary working language is English, and since your colleagues come from all over the world, it is vital that you speak and write English fluently.
