We are looking for an IT Specialist to handle all activities related to 1st level support in Cadeler’s Offices and Vessels.
The Job
Cadeler is a renewable energy company with BIG plans to drive the growth of offshore wind.
We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage our daily IT activities and support improvements in our processes, systems and culture to prepare for continuous growth. Due to the development in the company, we are expanding the IT department to meet organization needs.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this new role will bring flexibility and knowledge in-house, for IT to deliver a best-in-class solution.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to participate in shaping the IT processes and supporting the organization during the phase of development.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage our daily IT activities and support improvements in our processes, systems and culture to prepare for continuous growth. Due to the development in the company, we are expanding the IT department to meet organization needs.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this new role will bring flexibility and knowledge in-house, for IT to deliver a best-in-class solution.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to participate in shaping the IT processes and supporting the organization during the phase of development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the daily support related to Cadeler’s office/vessels on IT-related issues.
- IT support for on-site and remote end-users
- General PC support, troubleshooting, and assistance
- Deployment of new workstations/laptops through Intune
- Cloud hosting (Azure)
- Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Switches, Firewalls
- IT projects ad hoc depending on your skills
Successful Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Proactively fixes problems and has a can-do attitude.
- Clearly communicate IT-related information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Structured and ensure that tasks are solved correctly and on time
- Able to communicate to users outside of the IT department.
- Understand the complexity and importance of the IT-related to the offshore industry.
Previous Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure
- Basic experience with IT infrastructure
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Azure / Intune
