Nørresundby

The Danish Geodata Agency is looking for a software developer with experience in Python development and geospatial data, to support the continuous innovation of the hydrographic processing pipeline. Knowledge of database design and data management is an advantage but not a requirement.

It is essential that you have good energy, are solution-oriented, and have a desire to learn. Your daily tasks will be focused on finding solutions to complex problems within the hydrographic domain.

You will be a part of the Hydro function in the Danish Geodata Agency's Hydrographic Office which is responsible for hydrographic surveying and charting in Denmark and Greenland.

Salary and working conditions
The terms of employment will be in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant union organization, though with the opportunity for pay supplements. Your place of employment will be the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities and its ministerial institutions. The workplace is Lindholm Brygge 31, 9400 Nørresundby.

The working hours are 37 hours per week.

We expect you to master both oral and written English at a high level.

It is a condition of employment that you can be security cleared and that you can maintain your clearance during employment.
