Do you want to use your professional experience to advance the digitalisation of the payment industry? Payrexx Europe Aps is in the process of getting regulated under the danish DFSA (Finanstilsynet) as a Payment Institution. As our Compliance Manager, you will help the Payrexx AG subsidiary to set up its new location in Denmark.

Tasks
- Project management or contribution to the application for the DFSA (Payment Institution License)
- Develop and implement policies, business processes, process descriptions (AML, GDPR, Risk Assessment etc.)
- Stay in contact with involved consultants and DFSA regarding the application.
- Providing compliance expertise on all aspects in the FinTech area.
- Support the ongoing monitoring of internal KYC and AML processes.
Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or similar
- Preferably, you have 1-3 years of professional experience in the financial sector (audit, compliance, analyst, consultant, project manager, etc.), but not mandatory
- You are proficient in written and spoken English, as it is our company language
- Interest in compliance topics
- You are collaborative, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- "hands-on" mentality
- Good analytical skills
- You naturally take responsibility and ownership of delegated tasks
- High affinity for IT
