Becoming our new Jira Developer, you will refer to our Technical Support Director and are offered an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp on the position. You will be working with cutting edge technology on a daily basis and become a part of our great technical support team. This will be a hands-on role focused on gathering requirements, implementing and configuring process management tools such as Jira, Confluence and their integration with C5 and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
To be the Subject Matter Expert working with business teams to define requirements and implement technical solutions in JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence.
Create, manage and support administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence) including design of new JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
Provide continuous training and demos to teams, both technical and non-technical, on the features and functionality within JIRA and Confluence.
Assist in managing, maintaining, troubleshooting and fixing issues related to JIRA and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in establishing data warehouse in relation to clear measurable values
- Understanding the importance of data structure
- Being able to scan incoming requests and sort them into appropriate queues in order to share to the teams who will deal with them
- Support and maintain Atlassian tools on a day to day basis
- Provide time and resource estimates to assist in the planning of projects
- Develop tools and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the development process
- Write clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure
- Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and be able to apply these to a variety of projects as applicable
