For one of our clients we are looking for a consultant, who will be responsible for building API products on Azure API management platform together with a Solution Architects. This include both API architecture, templates and the corresponding governance as well as hands on development of individual integrations.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead API lifecycle development; responsible for software development and code quality.

Main Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the API solution Architect and the Agile program solution architect, consultant will develop API management integration architectures, templates and patterns enabling the client to build a successful API platform for fast, agile creation of business value.
- Facilitate best practice governance relating to creating integrations through the Azure toolbox (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.) and API creations in existing applications.
- Translate user requirements into effective solutions.
Lead API lifecycle development; responsible for software development and code quality.
- Build API management policies, API Security policies and setup API’s on the platform with different Agile Trains.
- Build and support an CI/CD tool chain including the organizational implementation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions
- Posses the ability to work closely with users and translating user requirement into solutions designs.
- Strong skills in C#, .Net core / .Net Framework and SQL
- Experience with Micro-Service Architectures
- Strong skills in Software design via patterns
- Strong working knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, SOAPUI
- Experience handling RESTful HTTP/JSON or SOAP APIs at scale
- Experience securing APIs using Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect and etc
- Experienced in DevOps processes, preferably in Azure DevOps and
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- Ability to write unit tests (TDD practices) for back-end and front-end services
- Experienced in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, ARM templates and API Management
- Demonstrated success facilitating design workshops and influencing others
- Strong communicator in English (verbal & written)
