Flügger group A/S is looking for a full-time Business Intelligence Specialist, to help bring our platform to the next level. Can you engage and drive Business Intelligence in collaboration with the organisation? Do you feel at home in a central role safeguarding existing and developing new solutions? Our BI and IT Integration team is a vital part of IT, Flügger group A/S. We are a dynamic team, combining team spirit with individuality. In our team we strive for solutions. We are passionate about making a difference in a complex IT system structure, with high data volumes and requirements to performance. Our social tone is casual, and we emphasize that it should be pleasurable and fun to come to work.
As a Business Intelligence specialist, you will refer to BI and IT Integration Manager, Henrik Eghave. The location is Rødovre, a minimum of travel activities will be required when visiting stores, factories, warehouses, and affiliates across our international markets.
The tasks in BI are diverse with the common goal to support our organisation on a strategic, tactical, and operational level. Your tasks will be to design, develop, test, implement, operate, support, document, train the users, and review post implementation. Participation in projects, stakeholder management, and communication are also a natural part of our daily tasks.
To succeed in the job, you need the drive and skills to master all parts of our BI solution. We expect you to maintain an extrovert, service minded, and a business-oriented focus even when we are working with tight deadlines. Structure and alignment to procedures is required. We expect you to be technically adapt and that you approach challenges with a logical and analytical mindset.

In addition to the above, we look for the following in your profile:
- A relevant education
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft’s BI-platform and experience for a comparable position including SQL, SSIS, ADF, SSAS Tabular, SSRS, Power BI (DAX), Master Data Services.
- Highly qualified in SQL and DAX
- Strongly skilled in data modelling and ETL.
- Firm experience with development of reports and dashboards in Power BI and a practitioner of best practice visualisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
