SKOV controllers are ensuring optimum climate and production control in barn houses worldwide for a broad range of animal and production types. You will part of a team responsible for application software for SKOV controllers. Your tasks will consist of
- Design and development of application software using C++
- Clarify features and requirements in co-operation with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Specify technical solutions based on needs, user stories, the frameworks and our architecture.
- Define and estimate the scope of development tasks.
- Optimize and maintain existing code base and tools.
Your profile
- You are a quality- and result-oriented person for whom software development/architecture is a passion.
- You are a skilled software developer with a very good understanding of and enthusiasm for working with complex systems, or you are a newly graduate and strive for more experience.
- Being a team player comes naturally to you, and you find it easy to collaborate with Danish- and English-speaking colleagues both internally and externally.
- Your professional background is in software development and you have an education in computer science, computer engineering or similar.
We are
- A team of 18 persons, covering SW development, SW test, UX design and project management
- Using a Linux-based ARM processor utilizing larger touch displays with React based GUI as platform for our products.
- Performing continuous test in an automated SW Test Center to secure high quality level.
- Having a broad interface to internal and external stakeholders including customers.
- Using tools like Visual Studio, GIT, JIRA, CodeSonar.
- Using Scrum on a team level and for alignment across teams, we are inspired by SAFe.
