We are therefore looking for a Technical Lead, who can contribute to the development of our future solutions.
With reference to the Head of Electricity Systems, you will become part of our Electricity Systems department. Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights, that will enable utilities to optimize the production and distribution of electricity - one solution at a time . We are looking for a Technical Lead who wants to help us improve our technology stack and drive the continuous transition to more efficient and modern solutions. You will become part of a team of highly skilled and motivated developers, interns, architects, testers, and product owners, who value constructive collaboration, outcome focus, and mutual respect as well as tolerance for each other’s professional capabilities, input, and differences. Furthermore, we work accordingly to the Scrum and Agile methodology.
A job with focus on ensuring effective software development and future-proofed transition
In the position as Technical Lead, your focus will be on optimizing the development process, and ensuring that we deliver high-end quality software solutions within electricity products and find synergies across other functional areas in Technology. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the development toolchain. Further, we expect you to be leading the transition from monolith applications to microservice architecture in Electricity Systems within 2-3 years.

Personality matters
There are many entry points into the role as Technical Lead, but we imagine that you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar combined with experience from a relevant role. You have a solid technical foundation in NET, C#, SQL Server, while having obtained competencies to effectively drive process improvement and apply DevOps methodologies to the software development process.
It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:
As a person, you get energy from being the technical lead and you feel confident when setting the direction and you naturally act as a frontrunner and ambassador of best practices. Furthermore, your drive, as well as your engaging and including nature, enables the implementation of i.e. new technologies, processes, tools, etc., and secure anchoring in the long run. You excel in setting realistic expectations and are able to foresee consequences throughout the software chain. You use your communicative skills when you collaborate and can clearly express complex technical knowledge and set it into context.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish will be an advantage.

- Coaching, training, and supporting developers in our three teams in the use of best practices within software development
- Ensuring compliance with defined coding and architectural standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards
- Defining and driving the implementation of effective autotest and deployment frameworks
- Verifying relevant technologies to identify how these can be utilized to support our business areas
- Contributing to software development when introducing new technology
- Developing concepts and kicking off agile guilds with a focus on i.e., knowledge-sharing, trendspotting, etc.
