With reference to the ERP Lead, you will become a leading part of the Business Applications team in IT responsible for our HR system platform portfolio. The team consists of dedicated colleagues with competences within system administration, project management, development, integration, and architecture. The team is responsible for planning, building, and running Kamstrup´s internal business applications. As our new HCM Application Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring all IT deliverables for the new HCM platform, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our organizational goals, while playing a pivotal role in transforming our HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Personality matters
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient HCM Application Consultant with a strong background in HCM platform implementation, with a particular emphasis on integration and dataflow between the solution and other business application systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background in Computer Science, or similar combined with ideally following qualifications:

As a person you are analytical and driven by your desire to create change. Moreover, you are ambitious and have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others. You are easily acquainted with new things, are quick to familiarize yourself with and use new technologies in a business context.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an asset.

- Leading the end-to-end implementation of the new platform, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Translating business processes into system requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of workflow integration
- Implementing best practices for data migration, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of information
- Maintaining deep, comprehensive knowledge of Cloud platform capabilities and constraints
Personality matters
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient HCM Application Consultant with a strong background in HCM platform implementation, with a particular emphasis on integration and dataflow between the solution and other business application systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background in Computer Science, or similar combined with ideally following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in designing, implementing, and configuring HCM platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical intricacies involved in system setup, customization, integration, and optimization
- A track record of successful integration projects involving HCM and ERP systems
- Experience with popular HCM and/or ERP solutions such as SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar will be highly valued
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to HR and ERP data
Furthermore, it will be considered an advantage if you have:
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed technical documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and system configurations, allowing you to ensure that documentation is comprehensive and accessible for future reference
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
