Become a part of our IFS Applications 10 Implementation team in Kamstrup
You will become part of a strategic important ERP implementation project involving colleagues from most parts of the business and IT. The project team will work towards implementation of IFS Applications 10 the coming years with strong focus on standardization and harmonization. Gradually as the project is implemented your role will be focused on engaging with relevant business areas to ensure excellent process support and high utilization of the platform.
Organizational you will be part of our Enterprise Systems team in Group IT. The team consist of dedicated colleagues with competencies within system administration, project management, application lifecycle management, integration and architecture. The team is responsible for plan, build and run of Kamstrup’s business applications. These include ERP, CRM, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications.
Kamstrup experience significant growth and we invest heavily in our platforms and in the implementation of a new ERP. Hence, we need experienced and dedicated colleagues to ensure high value from these investments.
Qua your experience and dedication, you will be a natural sparring partner for junior colleagues, architects, project managers and management. Always, you focus on ensuring standard solutions where possible.
ERP Solution Architect with great business knowledge
In the position as ERP Solution Architect you will lead one or more teams in the implementation project. With your deep understanding of IFS Applications, you will challenge the “as-is” and drive the standardization agenda. Furthermore, you will ensure sparring with our vendor (IFS) and the overall solution architecture team. We expect that you have solid experience with IFS Applications within one or more of the following solution areas:
• IFS Financials
• IFS HCM
• IFS Projects (for customer delivery projects)
• IFS Manufacturing
• IFS Supply Chain
• IFS Sales & Service
• IFS Business Enablers
Your primary tasks in the project will be:
• Leading the solution design within the assigned process team(s) and vendor consultants
• Drive fit/gap analysis within the team together with business resources
• Ensure relevant proactive coordination with other teams
• Support a solid governance model to ensure standardization
• Close contact to the solution owner and the overall solution architect
You will play a key role in the one of the largest and broadest ERP implementations the coming years and you will have a significant footprint on the solution that will support our vision to be the worlds leading supplier of intelligent meter solutions for energy and water.
Personality matters
As a person, you possess a great drive and you thrive in the area between IT and Business. With your insight in IFS Applications and common business understanding you will be the natural go-to person for the business when discussing potential solutions and new ideas. It is important that you constantly seek to improve the application usage and to consult the business how to change processes to gain highest benefit.
It is an advantage if you have been part of a full-scale ERP implementation with many business processes in play – however expert knowledge of IFS Applications is even more important in this position.
You most likely hold a master’s degree within IT or business, and it is an advantage if you have experience with and great interest in:
• Standardization via fit/gap analysis
• IFS Best Practices
• Training and support of super users
• Process standardization and harmonization
It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
