Digital Business Architect (PIM/InRiver)

We are looking for an experienced self-motivated Digital Business Architect who is able to understand the needs of the business and translate them into new and valuable digital solutions together with your stakeholders.
When it comes to the technical platform, we use InRiver for PIM, however having experience with InRiver is not a necessity. You will learn it when you begin your employee journey at Demant.

You will join the commercial part of Demant Global IT, which is responsible for developing and maintaining our online applications. The team consists of 9 employees and 1 manager and you will work closely together with other Solution and Enterprise architects, application consultants and developers.
Take on the role as Project Manager & Architect
In this role you will:
- Describe new designs to make sure that the solution fits into the platform and Roadmap
- Be in charge of architectural review of our InRiver (PIM) platform
- Act as Technical Project Manager on critical projects
- Build business capabilities on top of our current platform
- Manage solution implementation done by our external partner
- Manage and orchestrate internal test and quality assurance.
- Bug fixing and troubleshooting - both in projects and daily tasks
Your most important stakeholders will be our Ecommerce department and our Sales & Marketing organisation.
Experience with Microsoft technologies
Being able to succeed in this role you must be passionate about working with different Microsoft technologies.
As our new Digital Business Architect, you will be working with an always expanding toolset and selection of platforms to drive first-in-class global digital sales and marketing channels. You will be working with the following technologies: InRiver, C#, Azure and DevOps.
Understand the language of the business
In order to be successful in the role you must be capable of speaking the language of the business. Having experience from a marketing/Ecommerce environment will be an advantage. You should be interested in the technical aspects of the applications, but it is equally important that you thrive in being close to the business which means understanding business needs and be the coordinating and planning force between various stakeholders from different parts of the organization as well as external vendors.
It´s important that you have worked with different technologies (Microsoft) and that you have at least 2-3 years of experience from a global IT enterprise environment.
When it comes to personal skills, you have strong interpersonal skills as well as good client interaction skills. Focusing on the customer experience and being able to put yourself in the customer's situation comes natural to you. Finally, you are service-minded and communicate easily with colleagues at all levels.
