We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach to have an important part in our transition to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). You will work with a team of experts to develop solutions that make a real difference in the lives of our end users (hearing impaired people) and our customers (hearing care professionals).
The Role
You will be SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach for a newly established Scrum Team who are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) responsible for delivering some of the core audiological and user interaction features for our hearing instrument devices. The teams are responsible for the algorithms and software which determines the sound quality of the hearing instruments as well as the software for user interaction including visual and audible indicators. The teams consist of 8 to 10 developers with various competences including DSP developers, eSW developers, audiological system engineers, clinicians and test developers.
Your main Responsibilities
As Scrum Master/Team Coach your responsibility will be to create an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement. Joining us you can look forward to the following primary tasks:

You should be excited about SAFe and Lean Agile leadership, creating a healthy and productive work culture and be capable of promoting relentless improvement in a team. In order to succeed it is essential that you have at least 2 years experience with SAFe or other Agile ways of working. If you are already a Certified SAFe Scrum Master this is a clear advantage.
You must also be fluent in English.
On the personal side you are a good communicator, are open and approachable while remaining true to your values.

- Coach the agile team in self-management
- Coach the team through a transition to SAFe
- Cross team alignment. Work together with the other scrum masters in the ART, including through Scrum of Scrums, to ensure cross team alignment by identifying dependencies and supporting ART deliveries
- We are a medical device company and therefore it´s also important that you can enable the team to keep focus on documenting and developing solutions of high quality to comply with standards of regulated bodies.
