Job description:
The team is looking for a Scrum Master.
The primary purpose of the team is to be responsible for front end development on Salesforce, in close corporation with our clients. The team is a semi full stack team, capable of all task of test, development and deployment on the platform, but is highly dependent on other teams for data integration.
The team will be made up of a mix of developers in Denmark and Poland.
The work will besides the classical Scrum Master activities also include team building, remote leadership perhaps including a travel to Poland and ongoing reporting to management on progress (following up on the sprints' outcome).
Competencies requirements:
Standard Scrum Masters requirements - preferentially one who is proficient in SAFe
System knowledge:
The technical basis for the solution we will build is on Salesforce. Knowledge about the Salesforce Platform will be an asset.
For managing stories and features we use Jira and Confluence, and this is the major tool for the SM in the team.
Business knowledge:
It will be helpful to have previous experience with Salesforce in a sales organization. Knowledge of banking will also be very helpful

Duration: End of year 2020
Work location: Zealand central ares
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
