We are looking for a cross team SCRUM MASTER for our Displaying Units and Systems Engineering teams who can participate in shaping the future success of Ambu.
Tasks
As the cross team SCRUM MASTER you will be an integral part of the Software Development Teams in Displaying Units and Systems Engineering department within Global Innovation. The Software Teams makes SW for our HW Platforms.
You will be responsible for driving software deliverables either as standalone projects or as part of a device project. You will work closely with the onsite teams as well as our development partners and you will coordinate closely with our DevOps team, hardware team and test and verification team.
Your key area of responsibilities will among others be;

The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering customer-focused solutions to challenging technical problems and thrives in a fast-moving environment that both requires tactical and strategic thinking.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who probably can be characterised as;
As you will be working with external development partners worldwide, it is an advantage that you have project management skills as well as interpersonal skills, including multicultural awareness and sensitivity, ideally within Asian culture. Furthermore, using methods and tooling for a structured approach is also natural to you.

We are looking for a cross team SCRUM MASTER for our Displaying Units and Systems Engineering teams who can participate in shaping the future success of Ambu.
Tasks
As the cross team SCRUM MASTER you will be an integral part of the Software Development Teams in Displaying Units and Systems Engineering department within Global Innovation. The Software Teams makes SW for our HW Platforms.
You will be responsible for driving software deliverables either as standalone projects or as part of a device project. You will work closely with the onsite teams as well as our development partners and you will coordinate closely with our DevOps team, hardware team and test and verification team.
Your key area of responsibilities will among others be;
- Drive the agile way of working in cooperation with product owner
- SCRUM MASTER for the embedded software team and the application software team
- Help refine, prioritize and groom the backlog with product owner and architects
- Assist the product owner in general, incl. participation in development projects
- Support the documentation effort to comply with software medical device standards
Profile
The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering customer-focused solutions to challenging technical problems and thrives in a fast-moving environment that both requires tactical and strategic thinking.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who probably can be characterised as;
- SCRUM master experience with proven record in managing a software scrum team
- Structural approach to development and documentation
- Understanding of programming in C and C++, and scripting languages like python is an advantage
- A University background within electronics or computer science.
- A Positive team player who can interact and contribute also outside their own field of expertise.
- Interested in taking part in developing the software development organisation within Ambu.
As you will be working with external development partners worldwide, it is an advantage that you have project management skills as well as interpersonal skills, including multicultural awareness and sensitivity, ideally within Asian culture. Furthermore, using methods and tooling for a structured approach is also natural to you.
