We are looking for two Java Developers to join our quest.

What is IT Sales Solutions? You will join one of the teams in IT Sales Solutions. The department consists of approximately 25 people: developers, testers, scrum masters and external consultants, working in four different teams. Our professional setting includes accomplished colleagues and opportunities for continuous learning about new technologies.
We are a diverse group consisting of engineers, IT specialists and computer scientists. We have worked with various technologies, and some of us began as testers at the box office.
Back-end systems are our main area: supporting DSB app, dsb.dk, and our ticket vending machines.
“We're a diverse team, and although discussions can get heated, we listen and compromise like proper collaborators.” As Per puts it.
A typical day for a Java developer in IT Sales Solutions If you prefer coming in early, you might start the day by coding in the morning. At 9 a.m., we have a short stand-up meeting, 15-30 minutes where we share updates on our current tasks, problems, findings, and time estimates.
The workday proceeds with e.g., reviewing pull requests, and providing or receiving feedback on our colleagues' work.
We put a lot of emphasis on cooperation and communication both within the team and with other teams. We make it a priority to have lunch together.
On Mondays and Fridays, we generally work from home. But you’re welcome to work from the office if you prefer.
Working in the Cloud with services on back end You will be introduced to all our sales solutions: the DSB app, dsb.dk, the digital Rejsekort (released in beta) and our ticket machines (not yet moved to the cloud).

- Maintaining and fixing bugs in existing applications
- Sharing knowledge and ensuring quality through code reviews

Who we are looking for We are recruiting two Java developers, and we are very open to hiring both experienced developers and recent graduates.
You can recognize yourself in the following statements
- You know your Java code
- You are familiar with a few of the principles or technologies mentioned above
- You are willing to improve your Danish language skills to the upper intermediate level (if you are not already Danish speaking)
- You are motivated by teamwork
- You have a relevant education of at least a bachelor's level (or equivalent experience)
