In the Manufacturing IT department, we develop innovative software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Our MES enterprise system is undergoing a major user interface upgrade which also means transformation of our development processes. You will get the opportunity to influence this transformation based on your technology and software development expertise.
While working on the UI upgrade, you will also learn the details of our MES system built on Oracle, develop your backend skills, and become a key member of the development team designing and implementing new features for this system.

How you might spend your days
As a software developer, you’ll become part of our MES core team consisting of 9 team members, where you’ll be:
- Replacing the existing Oracle user interface with a modern web-based user interface developed in C# and Blazor. This involves all development activities: planning, design, development, code review, tests, deployment and documentation.
- Working in an informal environment, with a very flat structure, where we are driven by high professionalism and with a passion for software development and delivery of solutions to our customers.
- Using an agile development approach, where we focus on working collaboratively towards our shared goal.
- Deliver software according to internal and client procedures. We will train you in our Quality Management System, GxP and compliance.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Master or bachelor’s degree in software engineering,
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience with C# and HTML/CSS
- Able to apply good software engineering practices (SOLID)
- Experience within software life-cycle processes and supporting tools
- You speak and write English fluently
- Experience in the following is an advantage:
Blazor/Razor
Agile software delivery
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
xUnit/NUnit/bUnit
REST API, web API and web services
JavaScript/Typescript
