As Information Architect, you’ll be:
- Creating and implementing taxonomy and metadata models to categorise content and information, and secure tagging of material with the right metadata.
- Translating taxonomy and metadata models to ensure best use hereof in M365 AI Solutions (Viva Suite).
- Maintaining the enterprise search platform with a focus on improving findability through analysing search and findability patterns.
- Actively participating in design, planning and support of the enterprise search ecosystem.
- Designing the information architecture and applications in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Applying modern design principles to define navigation hierarchies and how data is displayed and accessed, throughout sites and applications.
- Coordinating user testing to ensure effective user experience and apply user feedback as well as emerging best practices to achieve effective usability and adoption
- Evaluating the performance of information architectures and propose plans for improvement.
- Enhancing existing information architectures to be more interactive, improving accuracy and automation.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant educational background within e.g., information science, information management, computer science, search or similar.
- At least 2 years’ demonstrable experience with successfully implementing information architecture.
- Prior experience in Microsoft Search, Microsoft Viva and Microsoft365 platform, being an advanced user of Office 365 toolset.
- Experience with testing methodologies and testing-related tools.
- Experience with system or application analysis collecting information and identifying fundamental patterns and trends, which has given you a profound understanding of system functionalities as well as the ability to anticipate how changes in conditions and operations will impact outcomes.
- Knowledge/exposure to any programming language
