Global Supply Chain Global Transport Transport Business Management
As part of Vestas' Global Transport organisation, our recently established Transport Business Management department is responsible for strengthening the collaboration between the business and the finance organisations. We contribute to creating a clear understanding of the business and financial development within the Global Supply Chain by using various IT and reporting systems. We have an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry together with a team of highly motivated colleagues.
As a student worker you will get the chance to take on a large responsibility and also develop your professional skills. You will get the chance to work closely with very skilled colleagues and this is a good possibility to get to know are large organisation from the inside.

Main responsibilities
- Financial Support for the Transport Readiness team within Global Supply Chain
- Ensure Transport Equipment investment orders are carried out and within a budget of approx. 100 mill EUR
- Support the management reporting within Global Supply Chain incl. developing presentations
- Ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Currently studying the last year of your BA degree or have just started your MA degree withing Business Administration, Economics, Business Development or similar
- Great at collaboration and possess team spirit
- Possess an aspirational mindset and be eager to learn
- Be open, curious and empathetic
- Have a natural curiosity and interest for people as well as good interpersonal skills
- See transformation and change as positive drivers
- Be a great communicator, fluent in English as a minimum
Competencies
- You are structured with a good overview and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously without losing your eye for details
- You are mastering financial numbers and able to communicate it at different levels since it’s a key in this role as you will be reporting the performance results on all levels
- You have a pragmatical mindset and are able to work with no supervision on known and new projects
- You are enthusiastic and has a high motivation for impact and delivering results - setting the bar high!
- You are keen on working in a multicultural environment
