About the department
Device, Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, who can transfer complex data into structure information that allows us to timely make the right decisions to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain. If you are our new Supply Chain Analyst you will be a part of the DMS Supply Chain department, where 30 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are in charge of the daily planning and purchase of components to Novo Nordisk devices. We coordinate the dispatch to our customers within Novo Nordisk on a global scale.
The Job
As a Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for driving various supply chain improvements activities within DMS. Through complex analysis of data available in Novo Nordisk planning systems (i.e. SAP) you will support the management in decision making. Through your process and systems understanding you will identify and drive improvements. Examples of tasks that could be in scope for this role: Support implementation of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) pilot at appointed supplier; Inventory Turns analyses; Stock Policy Optimization; Volume allocation etc.
Additional to driving dept. improvements you may also be assigned to support other projects. For all projects the main aim is to secure deliveries of components to all Novo Nordisk sites across the world through a stable Supply Chain. You will be responsible for e.g. the introduction and implementation of new materials, products, suppliers, or customers which requires close collaboration and coordination with many different stakeholders across the organisation at many different levels i.e. production sites, the central SCM organisation, planning, purchasing, quality, process support etc., both internal in Novo Nordisk and external.
Qualifications
You hold an M.Sc within Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educational background. You may have graduated recently or holds some years of relevant experience preferable from the pharmaceutical industry or other industries with high quality standards.
As a person you possess a great business sense and abilities to approach complex data in a structure way.
You possess good interpersonal skills, are process oriented and continuous improvement is a part of your personality. You have the ability to communicate and document in a simple and uncomplicated way on all levels in both Danish and English. You are able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and can prioritise when necessary. Furthermore, you work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. You are self-motivated, work independently and are a dedicated team player who focuses on both quality and results.
